Currents&Tides is a Basel-based consulting firm that focuses on new, dynamically robust forms of organization and collaboration and has been building up expertise in this area since 2014. Coming from traditional organizational and leadership development, we came across the topic of potential development as the basis for modern and highly productive work in organizations early on. Our leadership programs with a focus on ‘positive leadership’ have shown us time and again the impact that a focus on strengths can have on managers and employees: the knowledge of their own talents gives rise to a new self-confidence, a new desire to take on responsibility and help shape the company with their best self. At the same time, we know that these potentials cannot develop optimally in conventional corporate structures and with traditional working methods. New framework conditions and innovative practices are needed to unleash the full potential of organizations. On the basis of the “Adaptive Cycle”, we support organizations individually and in a needs-oriented manner in their change adventures towards more vitality and resilience.
